Shipping Locations

We ship to:

  • Canada (primary)

  • United States

Orders are fulfilled from:

  • Markham warehouse

  • International warehouse (if local stock unavailable)

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on orders over $99 (most of Canada)

  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas may not qualify

  • Orders under $99 are subject to shipping fees

  • Shipping fees are subject to change

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • USA: 5–10 business days

Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Local Pickup

Available in Markham.
Customers will receive notification when ready for pickup.

International Warehouse Shipping

If fulfilled from our international warehouse:

  • Delivery times may be extended

  • Duties/taxes (if applicable) are customer responsibility

🔄 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Window

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unopened and in original condition.

Refund Structure

  • Days 1–15: Full refund to original payment method

  • Days 16–30: Store credit only

  • After 30 days: No returns accepted

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened skincare or cosmetics

  • Used products

  • Items not in original packaging

Damaged or Defective Products

If product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos

  • Replacement or refund will be provided

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is defective.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
